1. Where can I purchase your products?
All major retailers will have SSMG - previously Southern Patio - items.  For a complete list, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-729-5033.
2. Where can I register?
We do not register our products anymore.  Please keep all documents and receipt.  These will be needed if there is a warranty concern later on.
3. What is the warranty?
Our products are covered under a manufacturer's 90-day warranty from date of purchases against defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, abuse or weather related damages.  Look for the full warranty disclosure on our website.
4. How do I file a warranty claim?
Please email or mail in pictures of the damages and original receipt to customerservice@ssmg.com or SOUTHERN SALES & MARKETING GROUP, INC. (SSMG), ATTN: Customer Service, 4400 Commerce Circle SW, Atlanta, GA 30336.  Please enclose a phone number so that we may contact you.  We will try to replace with same or comparable item.
5. Can I order replacement parts?
Yes, you can order replacement parts for most of our fountains.  Please have item number available when contacting our Customer Service Department for further information.  Instructions are also included in the carton with your product with replacement part numbers.
6. Are replacement parts available for my products?
Not all parts are replaceable for all items.  Please contact Customer Service for more information on your specific product at 1-800-729-5033.
7. Where can I find instructions for my product?
Go to the main page of the website, click 'Product Support' under the Customer Service drop down menu to find your instructions.  If your instructions are not listed, please call our Customer Service department for further information.  Instructions are also included in the carton with your product.
8. Can I order online?
Online ordering is not available at this time.  While we appreciate this request and are working towards that goal, we do not currently have this capability.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please send an email to our Customer Service department or call us at 1-800-729-5033.
9. Can I track my order?
